The Joint Research Centre (EC) has launched enrolment to an Internet course in the scope of monitoring smart specialisation strategies (RIS3), in the scope of which it will be possible to get familiar with the assumptions of RIS3 monitoring, possible sources of data and advantages resulting from RIS3 monitoring in the context of managing innovative and industrial policy of countries and regions.
The course will be started on the first day of March this year and it will be held in English.
The course covers the following blocks:
Chapter 1 - Introduction
Chapter 2 – Output and Result Indicators
Chapter 3 – Data Sources
Chapter 4 – Stakeholder Engagement
Chapter 5 – Effectiveness of monitoring
